Discussion groups on existential health

An uncertain existence can raise existential questions about hope, meaning and trust. Immanuel Church Stockholm invites you to discussion groups about existential health.

As human beings, we are from time to time confronted with existential questions. An uncertain world situation, for example, can raise questions about hope, meaning, and trust. We need both resilience and courage to live when life tests us. Today, we know that our way of thinking about life affects both our physical and mental health.

In this conversation course, we introduce the concept of Existential Health, developed by the WHO, along with its core dimensions: Hope, Meaning, Faith, Wonder, Wholeness, Harmony and Inner Strength, Spiritual Strength, and Connection. The course aims to provide tools and materials to help each participant clarify their own life stance.
