The Immanuel Group

The Immanuel Church is the owner of the property management company Probitas. The purpose of the group is to create financial resources for the congregation and to secure its work long-term.

Probitas owns the two hotels Hotel Birger Jarl and Hotel Tegnérlunden, the nursing home and senior living Löjtnatsgården as well as Tegnérgården with student accommodation.

In addition, Probitas owns and manages other properties in central Stockholm which means that the congregation can make staff housing available. Occasionally active members can also receive a rental contract.
