Discussion groups on existential health
An uncertain global situation affects us in various ways. It can raise existential questions and needs. Immanuelskyrkan Stockholm invites you to discussion groups on existential health.
As humans, we are sometimes faced with existential questions. An uncertain global situation, for example, can raise questions about hope, meaning, and trust. We need both resilience and courage when life tests us. Today, we know that our thinking about life affects both physical and mental health. The discussion course introduces the concept of Existential Health, developed by WHO, as well as the various sub-areas: Hope, Meaning, Faith, Wonder, Wholeness, Harmony and inner strength, Spiritual strength, and contact. The aim is to provide tools and materials that can help each person clarify their own life stance.
NOTE! The courses are held in Swedish.
