FREDA

FREDA is Stockholm’s finest youth event for those who are 13 years and up. We meet every Friday at 18.30–22.00 until December 8. We start the evening with fika followed by activities and devotional service.
FREDA wants to be a safe place in the middle of town where you as a teenager can meet new friends, have fun, hang out and have the opportunity to talk about life and faith.
Schedual Spring 2026
⚽️ 17 April – Human Foosball
Football – for real.
You’re locked into your team, moving together and fighting for every goal. Laughter, chaos and full energy all night long. 😆🔥
🎮 24 April – Game On
Listen fast. Play faster.
A night of music quizzes, gaming and matches where anything can happen. 🎶🕹️
🍕 1 May – Bake It Till You Make It
We bake, make pizza and enjoy being together.
Hands in the dough, cheese everywhere and an evening full of laughter, flavour and community. 🧀😂
🧭 8 May – Chapter III
Everyone faces choices. Small and big decisions shape our direction forward – often more than we realise in the moment.
We pause and listen to words that guide, challenge and help us choose with intention. When it’s time to take the next step, direction matters. ✨🙏
⛳️ 15 May – Football Golf
Football meets golf.
Aim, kick and make your way through the course in as few shots as possible. Competition, laughter and a great vibe all evening. ⚽️😄
🏃 22 May – Amazing Race
Compete in teams through different challenges around the city. Each task must be completed and proven with a photo.
Move from checkpoint to checkpoint and see which team reaches the finish line first. Speed, teamwork and tricky photo challenges await! 📸🔥
🌞 29 May – Season Finale
We wrap up the term together.
Grilling, hanging out, laughter and a final evening where we simply enjoy the community – and the summer ahead. 🔥🤍
Leaders
FREDA is run by a group of dedicated youth leaders in the congregation. Our goal is to create a safe place in the heart of the city where teenagers can spend their Fridays, meet new friends and have the opportunity to talk about life and faith. If you are a parent and have questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact us.
