Sunday School in ENG
Children of all ages have a special place at the Immanuel Church.
Every Sunday there are plenty of activities. Welcome!
Children’s Sunday School takes place during the worship services on Sundays.
Before the service, you register your child(ren) at the children’s table and he/she will receive a name tag. After “Children’s Corner”, the children leave for their age-appropriate classes. They are met by a team of experienced and devoted teachers who feel led by God to work with our young ones.
Infants 0-3
A nursery room is available for parents with infants 0-3 years. In this fun and safe environment, you can care for your little one while following the service on a screen. It also provides an opportunity to connect with other parents.
The café area has high chairs and a microwave. Changing stations are available in both the men’s and women’s bathrooms.
Sunday School
Do you long to give your children a foundation for Christian faith? We believe that children are a gift from God and that He has entrusted them into our care. As a community of faith, we want to come alongside and support you in the Christian education of your child(ren).
Our children’s ministry director Geri Lindberg oversees and guides the Sunday school classes and selects the curriculum from well-established children’s ministry resources.

If you had registered your child/children since the church had opened in April, it is not necessary to register your child again.
Pre-school children,
age 3–6
In this secure environment, your child will have a fun time learning about God’s love for us. Through singing, Bible stories, and simple crafts, your child will become familiar with basic Bible concepts.
Primary school children, age 7–11
In these groups, your child will learn how to apply God’s principles to daily life situations. Through singing, Bible stories, exercises and crafts, your child will learn that Jesus is a true friend who wants to travel with us through every stage of life.
Faith Builders,
age 12-14
Every Sunday, Faith Builders gathers in the youth room to dig into God’s Word, share from our lives and have fun! Youth in this group will stay in the service until we finish Children’s Corner. They are then invited to leave the service through the main exit and make their way to the youth room which is located directly behind our sanctuary. Class will finish no later than 12.45.
