Take the chance to experience a mini-retreat this spring!
Note! This event is held in Swedish. Life rushes by, rarely offering quiet moments to pause. This is an opportunity to slow down and reflect. A key theme is longing. In stillness, we can find rest and listen to what we deeply long for. We can ask ourselves: “How do I want to live my life? What brings me joy? What do I miss?”
You will also have the chance to explore what happens when our daily lives meet a Bible passage and a few thought-provoking questions. No prior knowledge is needed—this mini-retreat is for those who are seasoned in faith, new to faith, or simply curious about Christianity.
If you’re able, you are welcome to join the Evening Mass at 18.00, followed by a short coffee break before the mini-retreat begins at 19.00

A Pause for the Soul – What Happens During a Retreat?
In a world filled with noise, speed, and expectations, a retreat offers a space to pause, breathe, and listen inwardly. But what exactly happens during a retreat? What does it mean to be together in silence?
Whether you’re new to the concept or have experience with Christian retreats, structured silence can be a profound and meaningful experience. A retreat provides space for rest, reflection, and a deeper conversation with God.
If you’ve never attended a silent retreat before, here’s what to expect:
It is a silent retreat, yet we remain together as a group.
This may be a new experience for many, but it is a unique and enriching one.
Silence is structured: you have time to reflect alone, but you also share meals and session introductions with others.
Welcome to a day of stillness, reflection, and inner peace.
