    Att förebygga nyrekrytering av unga och tjejernas roll i gängen Från gängpolis till årets kraftmamma 2025. Rissa Seidou har ett stort engagemang för frågor om rättvisa, diskriminering, rasism, antisemitism och jämställdhet. Hon jobbar i lokalsamhället nära gängkriminella, utsatta kvinnor och barn. Målsättningen är att stoppa nyrekrytering av unga till gäng och terrorgrupper samt främja avhopp.
