Motions may be submitted by an individual member or jointly by several members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to structure a motion:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At the top of the page, write:<br><em>\u201cMotion to the Annual General Meeting of Immanuelskyrkan 2023\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add a title to the motion.<br>The title should clearly state what the motion is about.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Describe the issue you wish to raise.<br>A helpful tip is to focus on what you want to achieve, rather than exactly how it should be solved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formulate one or more proposals for decisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Write your name.<br>If several people are submitting the motion together, include everyone\u2019s names.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must be present at the Annual General Meeting to present your motion.<br>If there are several authors, please state who will be the contact person and who will present the motion at the meeting.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahead of the Annual General Meeting, the church council will consider the motions and submit proposals for decisions.
