No matter where<br>you are or what you are doing, we invite you to take a moment to reflect<br>on the suffering of Christ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Friday, 18 April<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>11.00 Good Friday Service \u2013 At the Cross (SWE)<\/strong><br>Scripture readings: Anna Berndes, Claes-G\u00f6ran Ydrefors, Ulrika Grevin<br>Music: Vocal ensemble, Martin \u00c5sander<br>Please note: No church coffee today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>11.00 Good Friday Service with Korean Fellowship (KOR)<\/strong><br>We will hold a Good Friday service in Korean. The service will include hymns accompanied by organ music, Holy communion, and a time of intercessory prayer for a world stained by suffering.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>15.00 Good Friday service with International Fellowship (ENG)<\/strong><br>On 18th April this year the International Fellowship will hold a service of readings and songs to mark Good Friday. The service begins at 3pm, the time traditionally associated with Jesus\u2019 crucifixion, and lasts for about an hour. This year we will listen to the story of Jesus\u2019 last days as told by the evangelist Matthew, interspersed with traditional and modern hymns and songs. Come and join us for this moving vigil in which we remember the cost of our redemption. The service will be held in English and led by Pastor Anna Berndes. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Holy Saturday, 19 April<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>12.00\u201315.00 Easter Fellowship at Immanuel Church (for all)<\/strong><br>A shared meal open to everyone. We begin with a short devotion, followed by food. Food, conversation, and music. Welcome!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sunday, 20 April<\/strong><br>At the heart of the Christian faith lies an amazing and revolutionary claim, that a dead man whose body had been ravaged by the barbaric and inhuman method of execution known as crucifixion, was brought back to life, not the same old life he had lived before but of a totally new kind. Perhaps even more challenging was the claim that his new life was a sign that God would reshape and renew the entire creation in the same way! The man who had been resurrected was of course Jesus, and through his resurrection his disciples realised that nothing could ever be the same again! The broken world now had a future!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>11.00 Easter Sunday Service \u2013 Christ is Risen!
