In a culture where activity and efficiency are rewarded, we often forget something simple and self-evident: human life moves in a rhythm between work and rest. In order to give, it is necessary to receive. Only the one who allows themselves to be loved is able to love. In retreat, we set aside work, calendars and ambitions. At the centre is the conversation of the heart with God and with myself.
