Dear brothers and sisters,
You are welcome to join the Young Adults group. We are a group of students and young professionals coming from all over the world with 3 desires : know more about Jesus, become daily passionate followers of Christ and build a christian fellowship. Once a week, we have discussions around the Bible and other community-building events are organized sporadically.
For Bible studies, we meet at Kungstensgatan 17 (Immanuelkyrkan, youth room) on
Tuesdays 19.00 – 21:15. First (19.00-19.35), we enjoy a small dinner where we get to know each other better. Then, we dig into the Bible together and have a discussion about the passages (19.40-21.00). Finally, we end with prayer requests in smaller groups (21.00-21.10), as we believe prayer not only builds fellowship, but is a tool that God gives us to ask for his interventions into our lives.
This semester, we use a booklet “16 Bible studies for your small groups” that provides theme-based readings to explore aspects of christianity mostly focused on how we should feel and behave as christians.
