Confirmation Stockholm
Confirmation in Stockholm is a special church service where a person confirms promises made when they were baptized. If you were baptized at a baptism when you were little, your parents and godparent gave you these promises. As a young person or adult, you can be ready to confirm these promises to yourself and let your life follow Jesus Christ. At a confirmation in Stockholm, you give these promises to yourself. Your friends and family as well as the congregation will be there to promise to support and pray for you during your confirmation in Stockholm.

With us at Immanuelkyrkan, young people who want to experience a confirmation in Stockholm go to a confirmation camp where it includes music, activities, fun socializing and the opportunity to meet new friends.

A cost of 2,500 kr covers retreats (incl. travel) and food expenses for the whole program. Financial assistance is available for those who need it.
This is a great opportunity to meet new friends, hear different perspectives, ask tough questions, and really confirm for yourselves what you believe about Jesus and the Christian faith. The typical age of most of our confirmation students is 14-15 years old. We are excited for this upcoming Confirmation year and are looking forward to journeying with you!
