K3 – Assistant leader year

K3 is an assistant leadership year for you who want to develop your leadership together with others. During the year, we deepen our knowledge of leadership and try being a leader. The motto of K3 is to give forward, and in the group we help each other to explore what makes each of us a unique and important leader, to find our strengths and use exactly who we are to make a difference to someone else. We believe that everyone can make a difference and that everyone is needed.
