The pandemic has affected us in various ways. Among other things, it has opened up to existential questions and needs. How can we keep hope and trust alive? What can increase our quality of life and resilience when life tests us?
What is important, what gives life a meaning? Within the concept of existential health, there are areas and factors that can contribute positively to our physical and mental health

During the autumn, the Immanuel Church offers discussion groups where we touch on areas within existential health such as: Hope, Meaning, Faith, Wholeness, Marvel, Harmony and inner strength. The course contains mini-lectures and group discussions on five occasions

Cost: SEK 250 which is invoiced via email, the fee includes the book “Leva med ovisshet” which is distributed at the start of the course.
